There is no universal answer. Cleaning frequency should be based on the way the property is used.

A busy customer-facing location may require cleaning several times each week or daily. A smaller office with limited visitors may need a different arrangement. Some specialist tasks, such as carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning or floor polishing, are usually scheduled less frequently than general cleaning.

A practical approach is to begin with an assessment of the property. Identify high-traffic areas, shared facilities and spaces that affect customer presentation. From there, establish a schedule and review it after the first few services.

The plan can then be adjusted according to actual results rather than assumptions.
